We all have our own life's journey, but the path shouldn't be a lonely one. Our commitment is to provide a safe space for sharing, listening, learning and supporting each other.

Community Groups are great option for all kinds of individuals, but it all depends on what you're comfortable with. Our only goal at 21st Century Minds is to make you feel safe and supported, so don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions.
Our Peer-to-Peer Groups provide the kind of comprehensive support you seek as you navigate your challenges. Our Mental Health Support Groups wants you to feel comfortable and at ease, so let us know what's on your mind by getting in touch.
Our Coffee mornings are a great way for everyone to come and meet new people and have a chat in a relaxed and calm environment. Who doesn't love a cup of coffee and a piece of cake.
Motivational talks to offer guidance, advice and ideas.
We will be offering exercise classes to suit everyone from beginners to the more confident. These sessions may change from time to time from relaxing walks, Zumba classes to light stretching.
These Groups will be where everyone can come together, read a book of everyones choice and then we can all discuss our thoughts on the story.
Movie night will be a nice way to bring people together to watch a film, have some food, popcorn and a drink.
